Reliable Power supply, Quality Power and Power Quality (PQ) Management are key ingredients for successful digital economy. Technopark infrastructure, housing a large number of IT/ITES-enabled services, has grown up as an important specialized service area, as there has been revolutionary changes in the growth of IT technology and products over the past decade. Over passage of time, the large deployment of IT/ITES system of Technopark developed in phases, have become more challenging area to deal with. Once the operation of the building facility with multiple tenants commenced, many of these occupants reported several Power Quality issues encountered by the power supplying equipments/systems. Reliability is of utmost importance at these facilities and the design of the electrical distribution systems is to ensure very high uptime. A systematic approach in identifying and finding user problems in achieving most reliable operation of systems is the essential requirement of such IT campuses involving several large facilities of power and data com infrastructure.
