Apqi Vietnam Partner Meeting 2013 & PQ Handbook Workshop

APQI – Vietnam Chapter held it’s annual partner meeting 2013 and PQ handbook workshop respectively at Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi. The handbook is expected to be resource for PQ inspector training that EVN is contemplating in future.
